I found the file on BCfiles.com. 
PLEASE, If someone want to convert this Romulan outpost to Armada 2 it could be a good addition !!!
PS: i ask because i'm not good with texture and storm 3d. |

Posts: 138 | I think some storm 3d pics are a lot better then some of the other pics that I have seen. Som in-game pics with blaster/distruptor/phaser/torpedo fire cluttering most of the screen making it look just awful and an eyesore, and these are the pics where you cant distinguish what anything is yet they get a 8/10 rating? it boogles the mind  |
