  Custom Music Tutorial

How To Enable Custom Music



This is a Simple Process and requires 6 .WAV File (Songs of your Choice)



if you don't have a .WAV file of the song of choice
(e.g. Star Trek - Klingon Imperial Theme.mp3)
you can use an Audio Converter.
Just remember "Google" (www.google.com) is your friend and type in "MP3 to WAV Converter" and download the
relevant Files



Convert your files but try not to make them Large in size (MB) because this will increase the Loading time.



After the Conversion you have to rename the files as follow's



  • Species 8472 = Mspecmp300.wav
  • Borg = Mbormp300.wav
  • Federation = Mfedmp300.wav
  • Cardassian = Mcarmp300.wav
  • Romulan = Mrommp300.wav
  • Klingon = Mklimp300.wav


    After you have renamed the files Right Click on a File and Click on Properties and Click on the box next "Read-Only"

    make sure the box is green



    Do this to all 6 Files



    After you have done this "cut" the original File's (The Original Music from the game) Mentioned above in



    Cstick out tonguerogram FilesActivisionStar Trek Armada IIsoundsmusic (if installed into this
    directory)



    Paste them in a safe location (e.g. My Documents) in case you may want the Original Music

    then Cut and Paste the Converted Files in to



    Cstick out tonguerogram FilesActivisionStar Trek Armada IIsoundsmusic (if installed into this directory)


    Rock And Roll you now have your custom tunes while playing Star Trek Armada 2, good Luck and Have Fun!!
