  Star Trek: Armada II - Upgrade Project

The Upgrade Project aims not to add new ships or weapons but to make the existing ones look better. By changing texture files for the weapons and special effects it is possible to greatly improve the stock Armada 2 or any mod based upon it. Even total modifications like SWFC that use no star trek ships or weapons will get a boost, as special effects like the shields and damage effects have been changed.

Whilst it would be possible to do a lot more by swapping out the original models I have decided not to do anything that would make this incompatible with other people running "normal" versions of A2. This means in a nutshell, that you can install the upgrades and then go and play online with them against people that don't have them installed which you cannot do with a traditional modification (hence why this is called an upgrade)

    ummm every one from the space bod to the fed pack is in a file type i cant open RAR file type.

    what do i need to open the files and place every thing where it needs to be?

    You need to download winrar, or one of the other better zip's to be able to open it and, actually, a lot of files on the site.

    If you search google for winrar, it'll be one of the top results. You can't miss it smile

    HI,
    I am having problems with the Borg ships. They move slowly through the screen and donīt go to warp.
    Can anybody help me?

    well i got it downloaded and installed on a unmoded v1.1 as it states to do. graphics look great, love the new ship explosions. the only problem im running into is i cant play as the romulans. when i go to start a skrim as the roms it just crashes. what could cause this?

    Srry for incoplete info i cant seem to download "Klingon&Refit Species8472" because of the reason above confused
