The Cross A2 - File Description  


Description:
Here is another A1 map remake of Ntanel, this time 'The Cross' .

Like his first A1 map remake this this 4 player beauty looks very balanced. This time you have got more dilithium moons for the beginning and some more crew and metal planets in the corners to fight for Resistance is Futile! . Additionally it got some nice nebulas to play 'Hide and Seek' in wink . Give it a try.

4crux is a remake of the original Star Trek Armada The Cross four player map. To install, extract "4crux.bmp", "4crux.bzn" and "4crux.txt" into the "bzn" subfolder inside the "Star Trek Aramada II" folder.

I release this map under the understanding that I am not liable for any issues it may cause. Essentially, you take your fate into your own hands, you have been warned. To ease your mind however, the map works fine for me. Also, if you use the map and/or it components in any form in a future release, this file or the contents within must be included.

If you find an issue, please let me know. Heck, if you know how to fix the issues you find, include that. I used the map editor that came with the original Star Trek Armada II release.

Tip: Watch out for some of the nebulas, they can be fatal, while others can be helpful!

This map is fun to me, I can take my Shivan/GTVA/Species 8472 ships over the yellow nebulas ^_^. Talk about an unfair balance

Well... maybe I was overreacting a bit, since almost everyone has to go through the yellow nebula...

10/10, very fun to play with.
